41khaki was a hit item from Gerard.
Based on this design, we changed the material and made it using the 10.5oz LAST RESORT DENIM blue tag.
We disassembled a 1940s LEE coverall and analyzed the thickness of the thread, the density of the weave, and the strength of the unevenness. We created it with the image of sparse vertical fading by randomly weaving three different warp thread thicknesses to better reproduce the faded vintage atmosphere that remains today.
The thickness is 10.5oz, so it is a denim that is easy to wear even when it gets cooler.
Unlike the blue tag based on the 1940s LEE, this one is woven with an unbleached weft. The warp threads are 8, 9, and 10, and the weft thread is 9, using Deep South cotton, and the density has not changed, but the color of the weft is different, so this one looks lighter when comparing the appearance of the surface.
Like the classic 41khaki, we have created a highly reproducible finish with the characteristic offset belt loops and the vintage-like 2mm wide double-welted pockets.
The pockets are also made of a different fabric to add to the atmosphere.
A characteristic of 41DENIM TROUSER is that the buttons are made of metal, giving it a more luxurious detail.
The silhouette is also made to the same dimensions, so this is a recommended item for those who like the 41khaki silhouette.
